International Women's Day is a time to celebrate the achievements of women all around the world, and I am grateful to be working alongside so many talented and inspiring women at Tesorio every day.

I have had the privilege of working closely with some of the most talented women in the industry. Together, we've been able to do amazing things, and their dedication, enthusiasm, and hard work never cease to amaze me.

These women are not just leaders, they are strategic visionaries and fierce problem-solvers. They bring their unique perspectives, experiences, and expertise to every challenge we face, and their impact is undeniable.

From our Director of Customer Success, to our Senior Quality Engineer, women play a vital role in every aspect of our organization. And it doesn't stop there: our leadership team, board, and investors all have strong female representation.

At Tesorio, we believe that diversity is a key to our success. By cultivating a culture that celebrates our differences and fosters an environment of inclusivity, we've been able to build a team that feels empowered to bring their whole selves to work. The results speak for themselves: our team is stronger, more innovative, and more creative.

We’re in the process of filling a new PM role and I realized that if the job goes to a guy he’s going to be the James to our Derry Girls — but in a nice way!”

Tesorio started a group called Cash is Queen to help connect and empower women in all levels of finance. It is a place to network, share learnings and best practices, and be part of a community with resources to help women grow within their careers and in their workplace.
